Cancellation Requirements

• • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment
• • Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system

Full Payment Policy

Full payment for your scheduled service will be required under the following circumstances:

1. Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment
2. No-Show: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice
3. Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in:
   • Shortened treatment time (to accommodate other clients)
   • Full payment for the originally scheduled service duration
   • Potential rescheduling at our discretion

Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or insurance (where applicable).
